It's common courtesy to help your buddies row down the river. A good practice to start living by is as follows: Boat owner starts rowing down the river, his goal is to get his buddies on fish, help them catch a fish, basically row his buddies into a fish. Do everything possible to help them catch one. Once that happens, YOU SWITCH! Now it's the responsibility of the buddy to row the boat owner into a fish! Repeat this pattern down the river for a great day. The exception to this rule is when your on a guided trip, or you buddy just tells you it's fine he/she wants to row. This happens a lot with boat owners, they like to control their own boat. Just at least ask! So again, if....... YOU DON'T ROW - YOU DON'T GO!
