Addicted Fishing Monthly Prize Giveaway – Official Rules

By participating in the Addicted Fishing Monthly Prize Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you (“entrant” or “you”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who have an active and eligible Addicted Fishing (“Fishing Addicts Northwest LLC”) customer account.

Employees, officers, and directors of Fishing Addicts Northwest LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, “Giveaway Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible.

Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on August 1, 2025 and continues monthly until terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Each Monthly Entry Period runs from 12:00 AM PT on the first day of a given calendar month until 11:59 PM PT on the last day of that month.

4. How to Enter

(a) Subscription Purchase Entry Method
Subscribe to the Addicted Fishing T-Shirt of the Month Club by selecting a subscription product size and completing checkout at https://addicted.fishing. Upon purchase, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for the current Monthly Entry Period. You will also receive one (1) entry for every successful recurring subscription billing charge processed during the Giveaway period.

(b) Mail-In Entry Method
To enter without purchase, mail a postcard or card in an envelope with your hand-printed full name, complete mailing address, phone number with area code, date of birth, and email address (if applicable) to:

Each mail-in entry must be postmarked within the Monthly Entry Period for which you are entering and received by Sponsor within five (5) days after that Monthly Entry Period ends. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Monthly Entry Period.

5. Entry Limits

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period via the subscription purchase method and one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period via the mail-in method. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void all such entries.

6. Prizes & Odds of Winning

Sponsor will award one (1) prize each month during the Giveaway Period (“Monthly Prize”). The specific Monthly Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary each month. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

7. Drawing & Award

Within approximately ten (10) business days after the end of each Monthly Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select one (1) potential winner for that month. The exact timing of each drawing may vary at Sponsor’s discretion. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. General Prize Conditions

• No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not stated herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Washington.

By participating in the Addicted Fishing Advantage Angler Box 2026 All-Inclusive Fishing Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you (“entrant” or “you”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 47 United States (void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (except Alabama and Nebraska residents must be 19, and Mississippi residents must be 21). Entrants must have an active and eligible addicted.fishing customer account.

Employees, officers, and directors of Fishing Addicts Northwest LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate families, and persons living in the same households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received or postmarked on or before the deadline stated. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

(a) Subscription Purchase Entry Method
Subscribe to the Advantage Angler Box Subscription on addicted.fishing by selecting a subscription product size and completing checkout. Upon purchase, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will also receive one (1) entry for every successful recurring subscription billing charge during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of twelve (12) entries.

(b) Mail-In Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number with area code, date of birth, and email address (optional) on a plain 3”×5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026, and received no later than August 5, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per month during the Sweepstakes Period, up to twelve (12) total. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries believed to be tampered with.

5. Prizes & Odds of Winning

Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Drawing & Award

On or about August 6, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries and select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner.

The Grand Prize consists of an all-inclusive fishing trip with Addicted Fishing in September 2026, including airfare, lodging, meals, guided fishing, and any state-required fishing licenses for the trip.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant selected at random.

7. General Prize Conditions

• No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is permitted.
• The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
• The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will not provide tax advice or payment of taxes.
• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Prize Limitations

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors, printing errors, or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to tampering, technical issues, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control.

9. Release of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by Washington law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
